You must send by email and bring a letter from your doctor outlining your good health or general health status. This document is mandatory to be able to participate, if you cannot bring it, you will have to have a check-up with the doctor onsite on the day of the retreat. This check up will be for an extra cost of $50 US.
Pre-Retreat Require Restrictions:
- Two Weeks prior, abstain from: pork, sexual activities of any kind, alcohol, cannabis, all street drugs, spicy food, ice, ice cream, ice-cold drinks
- One Week prior, abstain from: refined sugars, red meat, junk food, salt and pepper, sweets and chocolate, oils (if you must use oil, use olive or coconut oil very sparingly), animal fats, carbonated drinks, dairy products, fermented foods, Caffeine & other stimulants
You must arrive at least 2 days before your retreat so you have a chance to acclimate to the altitude of Cusco
Avoid synthetic soaps, perfumes, toiletries, etc.
