Immerse yourself in a day full of culture in Trujillo, explore the archaeological complex of El Brujo and discover the fascinating story of the Dama de Cao, a woman adorned with valuable jewels.
The tour will start at the Plaza de Armas in Trujillo at 10:20 a.m. with an approximate duration of one hour. Our first stop will be in the picturesque village of Magdalena de Cao, where we will learn about its history, traditions and more. Then, we will head to the archaeological complex El Brujo and visit the Museum of the Señora de Cao, where her impressive jewellery and other precious objects are exhibited. We will continue to Huaca Cao to admire the Tomb of the Señora de Cao. Afterwards, we will make a stop in Magdalena de Cao so that you can enjoy its delicious gastronomy on your own. Finally, we will return to the Plaza de Trujillo around 17:00 hours.
