Acclimatization hike in the Cordillera Blanca full day from Huaraz with guided transportation and entrance fees of the Huascaran National Park.
We leave towards the east of the city of Huaraz.
We will visit some villages before arriving to Pitec, where we will start our hike.
We will appreciate the vegetation of the Andes Mountains and we will have views of the Huamashraju, Cashan and Churup mountains, as well as the Cordillera Negra.
During the trek we will be able to see the thawing of the mountains that forms waterfalls and rivers.
After 3 hours of hiking, we will arrive at the Churup Lagoon, at 4480 m of altitude.
There we will have a 1 hour break to have lunch and take pictures.
Then, we will return to the bus to go back to Huaraz.
