Day 1: Callejón de Huaylas / Campo Santo de Yungay / Laguna de Llanganuco / Caraz.
At around 8:30 a.m. breakfast at the hotel, then departure to the Callejón de Huaylas. During the trip, we will pass through the picturesque villages of Paltay, Taricá, Jangas, Yungar and Anta, enjoying the mountain scenery. Arrival to the beautiful Llanganuco Lagoon, here you will have time to explore surrounded by imposing snow-capped peaks. Enjoy lunch with typical local dishes near the Llanganuco Lagoon. Continue to the city of Caraz.Arrival to Caraz we will visit its main square and have the opportunity to visit the famous dairy factories and others. Return to Huaraz.
Day 2: Archaeological Monument of Chavín / Querococha Lagoon / National Museum of Chavín.
Breakfast at the hotel.Around 9:00 a.m. visit to the ancient temple of Chavin. We will arrive to the Conchucos Valley with its Andean villages from Tambillos to the Archaeological Monument of Chavin. There we will observe the famous "Lanzon de Chavin", Cabeza Clava, the Altar de Choque Chinchay, Pórtico de las Falconidas, galleries, ceremonial plazas, the National Museum of Chavin.7:30 p.m.
Day 3: Nevado Pastoruri / Puya Raimondi / Cave Paintings (New Climate Change Route).
Breakfast at the hotel. Around 9:00 a.m. visit to the towns of Recuay, Ticapampa and Cátac, the Pachacoto ravine,visit the Patococha lagoon, the sparkling water spring of Pumashim, and finally a short walk to visit the Nevado Pastoruri where you can see the snow-capped mountain, ice caves and a frozen lagoon. Approximately at 5:30 pm. Arrival to Huaraz.
Day 4: Laguna 69 Hike
Approximately at 5:00 am Pick up at your hotel, we will leave in our private bus to the north side of the city of Huaraz by a paved road, we will pass through the beautiful villages of the Callejón de Huaylas, to arrive to the city of Yungay, from where we will go by a dirt road to the east side of this city.8:00 am: Breakfast in the gorge of Llanganuco, we will enter the Huascaran National Park, we will observe the famous Llanganuco lagoons, to finally arrive to Onionpampa, to finally arrive to Onionpampa. :00 am: Breakfast in the Llanganuco ravine,we will enter the Huascaran National Park,we will observe the famous Llanganuco lagoons, to finally arrive to Onionpampa.7:00 pm: Arrival to Huaraz.
