Enjoy a very colorful day, getting to know inredible places , learning a little bit about peruvian gastronomy and tasting a delicious pisco sour.
The official tour guide will be waiting to pick up in your hotel located in the Miraflores aera or San Isidro. Our adventure will start visiting a typical Peruvian market where we will find a lot of variety of supplies which are used to make our principal dishes and desserts and we will ejoy of unique fruits like custard apple, lucuma, aguaymanto and pacay. Also, we will see a variety of products of the sea that it is one of the most delicious in the world.
Then we will go to restaurant where the chef offer us a practical class about how to make ceviche and pisco sour which are amblems of the peruvian gastronomy.
After, we will go to lunch in a famous restaurant in Miraflores, to taste a variety of traditional dishes and desserts of our gastronomy.
At the end, we will receive a certificate for succesfully completing the typical peruvian gastronomy class and we will give us a recipe about the preparation of ceviche with a photo of the chef and you, back to miraflores. (return to hotel)
