Visit the islands of Uros, Amantani and Taquile on a 2 day all inclusive tour, learn about their customs and spend the night with a family, climb the temple of Pachatata and Pachamama.
Day 1: Uros and Amantani Islands
Start your excursion with the pick up at your hotel in Puno, board the vehicle and transfer to the dock and then board the boat that will take you to the Uros Islands, this is an artificial island built with “totora or reed”.
Then you will go to the island of Amantani to meet the family with whom you will spend the night and enjoy a delicious lunch. In the afternoon you will hike to the temple of Pachatata and Pachamama, return to the village and enjoy a local dinner.
Day 2: Taquile Island - Puno
Start the day with a succulent traditional breakfast, then board the boat and head to Taquile Island, visit the textile market and see the villagers in their typical costumes, enjoy lunch before boarding the boat and returning to Puno.
Upon arrival at the pier, transportation will be waiting to take you back to your hotel. End of the tour.
