After a short train ride, we hike from Kreith into the Stubai Valley. We experience autumnal and colorful forests, breathtaking views and expansive meadows.
Our meeting point is at the famous Wilten Monastery, next to the Stubai Valley train station. From here we take the Stubai Valley Railway via Natters and Mutters to just after Kreith. From the "Telfer Wiesen" stop, we set off on wide, easy paths towards Telfes. Light mountain forests and extensive meadows alternate and always offer new panoramic views and vistas. We hike just above Telfes before taking another path just before Fulpmes back towards the starting point. This time we cross the scattered village of Telfes, past the village church, and soon immerse ourselves in the solitude of nature again. Once again, forest and meadows alternate and we enjoy the impressions of the surrounding mountain ranges, the nearby surroundings and the surrounding nature. We soon reach our starting point again at the Stubaitalbahn and take the train back to Innsbruck.
