• The northern lights are often visible even on very cloudy, rainy, or snowy nights. You may experience a snowstorm or harsh weather during this tour. This is normal in the Arctic and we often see the northern lights after this. There is no refund if the northern lights do not appear, but you will be subject to a 50% discount on a new tour if you do not spot the lights on your first tour (booked at our desk, upon availability). This offer is not valid in the last day of the season.

• If the tour is canceled due to unsafe road conditions, you can rebook to another date or receive a full refund.
