Between the buffet, dance floor, and champagne bar, there's exuberant celebration in the establishment by the Werse riverbank, and even the managing director Dr. Kurt-Walter Hogenfeld takes a spin on the dance floor before heading out for a cool-down stroll along the riverbank. Shortly after, his body is found floating in the Werse with a cake knife in his chest. Almost any of the guests present could be the murderer.
