This is a social, community-based tour. You are most welcome on this walking tour right through the pink and historical heart of Amsterdam, while meeting queers and allies from all around the world.
Get to know an alternative face of Amsterdam on this queer walking tour. See important locations for the city’s LGBTQI+ history, hear personal stories as well as interesting anecdotes from your guide, and get tips on nightlife events.
Begin your tour by meeting your local guide in the center of the city. Walk through the streets and check out various ancient buildings, listening to the (often untold) queer stories behind them. Hear facts about the city and be amazed at the different perspectives your guide will give you.
Be entertained by your guide as they share anecdotes about their own experiences of being queer in Amsterdam. Accompany your guide on a trip down memory lane and listen to stories about their personal life, including that of their coming out. Feel free to share your experiences with the group.
