Day 1: Pokhara - Nayapul - Tikhedhunga (1,570 meters)

Your 3-day Poon Hill trek begins with a scenic drive from Pokhara to Nayapul. From there, you’ll trek along the Modi Khola River, passing through charming villages and lush rhododendron forests. End your first day by staying at a cozy tea house in Tikhedhunga, enjoying the serene surroundings.

Day 2: Tikhedhunga - Ghorepani (2,840 meters)

The second day of your Poon Hill trek presents a challenging ascent as you climb over 3,000 stone steps to reach the village of Ulleri. Continue trekking through the vibrant rhododendron forests until you arrive at the picturesque village of Ghorepani, where you’ll spend the night in a tea house, resting for the next day’s early adventure.

Day 3: Ghorepani - Poon Hill (3,210 meters) - Ulleri - Nayapul - Pokhara

On the final day of your 3-day Poon Hill trek, you'll experience the excitement of an early morning hike to the famous Poon Hill viewpoint. From here, you'll witness the breathtaking sunrise over the Himalayas, with stunning views of the Dhaulagiri and Annapurna mountain ranges. After soaking in the magical scenery, descend back to Ulleri, continuing through scenic forests and landscapes. You'll then take a jeep from Hile to Nayapul and return to Pokhara via a scenic drive along the beautiful highway, marking the end of your incredible journey with MTA Trekking.
