If you are staying in a private residence or a location without clear hotel signage, please inform us in advance. Waiting Area: Look for your driver holding a sign with your name on it. The driver will arrive at the scheduled pickup time, so please be ready at least 10 minutes before. Contact Number: If you have any questions or need assistance, please call the contact number provided in your confirmation email. It's advisable to keep this number handy. Late Arrivals: In case of a delay in your pickup, please notify us immediately. If the driver has already departed, alternative arrangements may need to be made at your expense.
