Our Manaslu trek will start from epicenter of the earthquake in 2015 Barpak and Laprak Village. Panoramic view of the Ganesh Himal (7,100m),the Boudha Himal (6,672m),shringki himal, and other peaks.
The Manaslu Circuit Trek is the most popular in Nepal. It is located between the Budhi Gandaki and Marsyangdi Khola rivers. This trek was opened in 1992. This route takes us to the foot of Mount Manaslu (8163m). The big bridge, The cantilever trail at Yaru Bagar is another attraction that is 195m along a cliff. This trek offers great views of the Manaslu massif, Ganesh Himal Boudha Himal, and other mountains.
Our trek will start from Barpak village. Barpak is a large village in Ghale from where you can see the Boudha Himal (6672 m), go up Pushu Bhanjyang to join the new Laprak village in Gupsipakha, which offers a great panoramic view of the Ganesh Himal (7100 m), the Boudha Himal ( 6672 m), shringki Himal and other peaks We cross beautiful villages Gurung le Laprak and the single then descend to Khorla Besi where joins the Manaslu trek route.
We gradually climb secret valleys, and isolated and wild regions towards Sama village, Samdo, and cross the Larke la pass (5106m) then descend to Bhimtang. We can explore a great diversity of landscapes, different ethnic groups, Buddhist cultures, and peaks. The trek ends at Dharapani.
Itinerary :
Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu and transfer to hotel
Day 02: Full-day Sightseeing in Kathmandu.
Day 03: Drive from Kathmandu to Barpak (1950m,7/8h).
Day 04: Barpak - Laprak (2200m), 6/7h ( +800m –600m)
Day 05: Laprak – Khorla Besi (900m) 7/8h ( +600m –1800m)
Day 06: Khorlabeshi – Jagat (1300m) 5/6h (+400m – 00m)
Day 07: Jagat-Deng (2100m), 5/6h ( +800m – 100m)
Day 08: Deng – Numrung (2630m), 6/7h ( +780m –50m)
Day 09: Numrung -Lho Gaon (3180m), 4h( +500m – 00m)
Day 10: Lho Gaon - Samagaon (3400m), 4h ( +600m)
Day 11: Acclimatization day
Day 12: Sama Gaon - Samdo (3700m), 3h ( +400m – 00m)
Day 13: Samdo to Dharamsala (Larkya Phedi) (4460m./4-5 hours trek.)
Day 14: Dharamshala – Larkya la pass (5170m). Trek to Bhimthang (3660m, 9hrs)
Day 15: Bimtang - Dharapani (1963m/7-8 h)
Day 16: En Jeep: Dharapani - Besisahar (760m/5-6 h)
Day 17: Drive back to Kathmandu (1334m./6-7 hours trek.)
Day 18: Free Day in Kathmandu
Day 19: Final Departure

- At least 2 travelers are required to obtain Manaslu region trekking permits.
- Solo and self-guided trip is prohibited in the Manaslu region. (You must hire a local guide for this trek)
- Teahouses that are available on this route are not as advanced as in the Everest and Annapurna regions.
- You should obtain 3 permits for this trek. (Manaslu and Annapurna conservation area permit and special trekking permit)
- Trek in March, April, May and September, October, November months for pleasant weather and better views.
- It's a challenging trek that passes through 5,106 meters above, so, travelers must be physically and mentally fit for this journey.
Upon your arrival at Kathmandu airport, one of our representatives will greet you and transfer you to the hotel. Welcome Evening dinner at an authentic Nepalese restaurant with a cultural performance.
