Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1400m/4344ft)
Day 2: Kathmandu Heritage site tour (1400m / 4344ft)
Day 3: Fly to Lukla (2860 m / 9383 ft)) and Trek to Phakding (2610 / 8560 ft)
Day 4: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3440m/11286ft)
Day 5: Acclimatization day, Hike to Hotel Everest View (3880m /12730ft)
Day 6: Trek to Tengboche (3867m / 12687ft)
Day 7: Trek to Dingboche - (4410m / 14469ft)
Day 8: Dingboche acclimatization day - hike to Nangkartsang Hill - (5091m / 16703ft)

Insurance
Travel insurance is mandatory for this trek. Every trekker must provide Places Nepal with a copy of their comprehensive travel insurance policy certificate. This policy should cover medical expenses and emergency repatriation, including the costs of helicopter rescue and evacuation at high altitudes (above 6000m), for all members of the trek.
