Trekking equipment can be rented or bought in Kathmandu.
Ensure to have travel insurance covering high-altitude trekking.
Acclimatization days are included in the itinerary to prevent altitude sickness.
Physical fitness is required, although previous trekking experience is not mandatory.
Could you give me your arrival details; airline name, Nepal arrival time, and where coming from? I or some of my assistants/representatives will come to the airport to pick you up at the hotel.
