The journey takes about 4-5 hours, depending on road conditions and stops. Arrive in Swakopmund in the afternoon. Check into your accommodation and freshen up, then you can go and explore the town of Swakopmund (own cost).

Day 2: Swakopmund - Walvisbay
Today, you will be picked up from your lodge/hotel/guesthouse at 07h00 and you will be transferred to Walvisbay for your morning activity of Sandwich Harbour.

Your morning tour kicks off at 08:00, at the activity center offices. There, you'll rendezvous with your knowledgeable guide and prepare for an unforgettable journey. This expedition is tailor-made for the spirited and those with a penchant for photography.
Our odyssey commences with a visit to the breathtaking Walvis Bay Lagoon, followed by a traverse through expansive salt evaporation ponds. As we press on, we delve into the historical tapestry of the Kuiseb Delta, a dry riverbed steeped in the lore of the Topnaar people, whose ancestral ties to the delta span centuries. Witness the abundant wildlife, including graceful springboks, drawn to the delta's sustenance.
