Travelers then learn new techniques for peeling, chopping and seasoning tagines with the right spices, like our grandmothers and mothers do at home. We usually prepare 3 or 4 different dishes so you can learn more in one class. While cooking, we will talk in depth about the cultures, traditions and history of Morocco.
