* ! NOTE: Waiting and additional stops on the way are expected. A last-minute pick-up time adjustments may also occur due to the current schedule as rides are shared and there are other passengers who need to be picked up as well.

** ! DEPARTURE. Pick-up time and locations are STRICTLY fixed, i.e. the car cannot wait for additional period or pick you up from other locations not mentioned in the list.
** ! CHILDREN. Unfortunately, for the convenience of other passengers and for safety reasons, we cannot allow children under 6 years old on board. Children of 7 and over ages will be seated separately and will be charged at full price.

**! LUGGAGE. Only one medium sized, regular shaped suitcase and small hand carry luggage per passenger allowed. Passenger may be asked to keep their hand-carry luggage with them. Any additional suitcase or hand carry luggage may be charged at full price. Passengers with oversized suitcases or with suitcases of irregular shape (for example, with skis, golf bags, etc.) may be denied boarding without any compensation.

For pickups FROM AIRPORT, a driver with AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICE sign will stand next to the airport information desk, which is located on the right hand after you exit luggage claim 15 MINUTES BEFORE the departure time. Show the driver your name and booking email for check-in.
Please note that since this is a shared service, waiting is expected at the airport and multiple stops on the way to your hotel may occur.
