Acknowledge that horse riding involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, injuries from sudden horse movements, environmental factors, and other hazards. By participating in horse riding activities with Rara Avis Travel, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the activity.
I understand and agree that Rara Avis Travel, its staff, and its representatives will not be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, damages, or losses (personal, financial, or otherwise) that may occur during the horse-riding activity or while traveling to and from the riding location. This waiver includes any harm or injury caused by third parties, the horse, or other participants.
