When you arrive at the airport and wish to be taken to your hotel, you can find our staff waiting for you with a sign with your name. When it is time to leave your hotel, you will be picked up in the lobby of your hotel.

Upon arrival, collect your baggage and head to the Arrivals Hall. Your driver waits outside of the terminal in the Ground Transportation area holding an orange sign displaying the Cancun Travel Experience logo. Present your confirmation or photo ID upon pickup. Your transportation will be ready at exactly 30 minutes after your flight landing time and can wait up to 60 minutes after your flight landing time. If you have any issues locating your driver please go to any of the following meeting points:
- Terminal 2 (Domestic arrivals) at Welcome Bar
- Terminal 2 (International arrivals) at Welcome Bar
- Terminal 3 at Margaritaville Bar
- Terminal 4 at Welcome Bar.
Your exact pickup time will be confirmed a day before your flight departure, your driver will meet you at the lobby of your hotel. Present your confirmation or photo ID upon pickup. Be ready 5 minutes before the confirmed pickup time, drivers are only allowed to wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the confirmed pickup time.
