Remember that the view of the sunrise is a natural phenomenon that does not depend on us and that according to "Tláloc" and how many clouds we have in the landscape, we will be able to see the sunrise as we have seen it in photos and videos.
Participants must arrive at the designated meeting point at the tour start time, arriving earlier is not recommended
If you need to cancel your reservation, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.
For safety reasons, access is prohibited to users who have consumed alcohol or are under the influence of any narcotics.
Look for our pickup vehicle, typically a white van. The specific vehicle type, whether it's a van or a sedan-type car, depends on the size of the group.
The night before your experience, team will confirm the exact time that driver will be picking you up depending on the size of the group.
