You may travel in a car or a bus, depending on the size of the group.
We use vans (Mercedes-Benz Sprinter) or buses (Irizar Scania I9) depending on the demand of the activity.
You will be refused access to the activity on signs of intoxication, with no refund issued
Children under 4 years old with a maximum height of 39 inches (100 cm) can join the activity for free
The Las Coloradas Salt Tax is payable in cash onsite. It costs 320 Mexican Pesos (about 18 USD)
All refunds for cancellations made before 24 hours (1 day) will be subject to a penalty of 30% of the total value of the amount paid due to operating expenses.
Please watch your belongings; we're not liable for lost items. A 500-700 Pesos fee applies for returned items delivered to Cancún hotels. For other locations, collect at our office. Thanks for your cooperation.

-Arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before your pickup time.

Drivers will wait only 5 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. Please be on time to avoid missing your ride.
