Your agave expert is from Oaxaca, and you'll be guided through the delicious world of Mezcal & Agave spirits; learning about the process as well as how to taste Mezcal correctly, and more about the flavor profiles and properties of the different varieties.

This experience celebrates small-batch artisanal-only spirits; ranging from delicious offerings from the leading female Mezcal-maker, to a Mezcal described by the national newspaper of Mexico as “taking spirits to the next level”.

Stepping inside, you'll be transported into a world away from the busy streets and into an intimate venue with textures and artworks paying homage to the agave fields and the love that goes into making each drop of Mezcal.
