Xenses Park is open from Monday to Saturday, from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM

A full park visit takes around 5 hours
Children over 4.5 ft, but under 12 years of age, must show an ID
Some activities are not recommended for people with heart problems, recent surgeries, back pain, fear of heights, claustrophobia, those who get dizzy easily, pregnant women, or people who weigh more than 300 lbs
The minimum height to ride the ziplines is 4.5 ft. The minimum weight is 88 lbs
Visitors with disabilities should always be in the company of a family member or friend
Pickup available at your hotel or at the nearest point available. The local partner will confirm the exact time and exact meeting point.
The guides will be dressed in red t-shirts with the Xcaret logo on the back for easy identification. The guides will say the tour name out loud. Present your photo ID upon boarding the bus.
You must be ready for pickup 10 minutes early at the assigned location.
