Take a 3-day slow boat from Luang Prabang to Chiang Rai. Admire the stunning views of limestone mountains and the Mekong River, and experience the way of life of the villagers along the riverbank.
Embark on a 3-day slow boat cruise from Luang Prabang to Chiang Rai. Admire the beautiful scenery of the Mekong River, and stop at the village of Pakbeng and Huay Xai. Watch the sunrise and sunset, and relax on the rooftop of the boat.

Day 1: Luang Prabang to Pakbeng.
Time: 07:00 - 07:30.a.m. The Van picks you up at the hotel and you will be transferred to the Slow Boat Pier. (Please inform the hotel name by contact us)

Upon arrival at Pakbeng Our staff will pick you up to Hotel. Stopped overnight at Pak beng. (You should reserve your accommodation in advance as well)

Day 2: Pakbeng to Huay Xai.
You should check in before 8:00.a.m.
Take a slow boat trip from Pak Beng to Huay Xai. It takes about 11-12 hours
Stopped overnight at Huay Xai. (You should reserve your accommodation in advance as well.)

Day 3: Huay Xai to Chiang Rai by Van
08:00.a.m Staff will pick you up at the hotel and you will be transferred to the border.

Upon arrival at the border Our staff will take you on a shuttle across the border to Chiang Khong, Border of Thailand.

Once you arrive you will need to apply for a visa on arrival, and after that an employee will take you on the van to Chiang Rai.
