The tour includes: fort Jesus, old town, marketing spice and souvenir shopping, elephant tusk, Mama ngina waterfront and water sport(kayaking) on a guided tour
The tour starts at the:
•Fort Jesus where we will learn and understand the colonial power and struggle between the Portuguese, Arabs and the British people. The entrance is optional depending on the clients preference.
•2nd we will walk in the narrow streets of the Mombasa old town as we discover the unique artitecture of the place. We will also blend the culture and history of the town.
•3rd we will use a tuk tuk (mode of transportation) to the Marikiti market were we will explore the spices and I will also give my clients and option to buy souvenirs at there requests.
•4th Elephant tusk, which is the symbol of Mombasa town.Perfect for a quick photo stop. It commemorates Queen Elizabeth II’s visit to Kenya in the mid 1950s.
•Mama ngina water front.Enjoy stunning ocean view as we explore cassava crisps and madafu (Coconut water).
•5th watersport - kayaking. This is OPTIONAL on clients request or wish at extra cost
