• if you booked private tour, car will be exclusively by you or your group.
• This tour is not suitable for pregnant women or people with neck or back pain, or children under 3 years of age.
• The insurance covers passengers while traveling inside the provider's car only.
•The provider of the activity reserves the right to cancel a customer's booking in case of inclement weather or insufficient number of travelers, with a full refund to the customer.
•The duration of the tour includes the pick-up and drop-off times.
•Kids under 16 years old are not permitted to ride camels or quad bikes alone.
However, it is acceptable for them to ride with adults.
• Quad bikes ride, camel ride, sand boarding are not covered by our insurance .
• Pickup Time may vary by 30 mins. The guide will contact you via call/WhatsApp.
Doha City We offer a pickup service from any hotel or location within Doha City. Doha( Hamad) International Airport: outside arrival gate number 4. Doha cruise port: To make it easy for our customers and avoid the crowded disembarking from the cruise ship, we will meet at Mina Hotel & Residences, which is a 5-minute walk away from the cruise terminal.
