Tours go on no matter what the weather. Only if the weather poses a danger to our safety will we cancel a tour. In that case, you will be given the option to receive a full refund or to rebook for another date/time (based on availability).

Keep in mind that our walking tours use the public space, such as sidewalks and streets and that Montréal is as notorious for potholes as it is for snow and ice. Please use caution and common sense while walking along with us.
We only work with Certified Guides. Local law states that all Guides must obtain a yearly guiding permit and to qualify they must complete a mandatory course at the Tourism Institute. At Tours Montréal, we respect and adhere to this rule.
