Discover the ancient temples of the Angkor Empire on a full-day tour by tuk-tuk with a knowledgeable and experienced driver. You will not have a personal guide walking you through each individual temple. Watch the sunrise over Angkor Wat, explore the ruins of Ta Prohm (Tomb Raider Temple), see Bayon (the temple of many faces) and visit the beautiful temple of Pre Rup. Besides adventuring through these majestic structures you will also get a chance to immerse yourself in Cambodian culture by visiting the charming village of Preah Dak. Start your day with a pick-up from your hotel at 4:45 AM. Head to the Angkor Empire Complex to watch sunrise at Angkor Wat, the largest religious monument in the world. After the sunrise, you will continue your journey into the marvelous world of Cambodia.

Now we head towards the village of Preah Dak for breakfast where you will try one of the countries most famous dishes, Nom Banh Chok (Khmer Noodles). This village is not only known for its super tasty noodles but also for its hard crafted souvenirs and tasty treats all made from the palm tree. They also hand make some of the best noodles in south east asia. After eating some traditional food and visiting the charming village of Preah Dak, we continue our journey into the world of Angkor.

Full on food but hungry for more temples? You are in luck as we continue our adventure towards Pre Rup, the three tiered temple dedicated to the Hindu God, Shiva. A beautiful 10th century temple built by King Rajendravarman II. After you are finished exploring Pre Rup, we will take a short trip to take in some culture and see a traditional Cambodian home.

Continue to the internationally famous Ta Prohm. This temple is famous for being featured in the Hollywood blockbuster film, Tomb Raider, starring Angelina Jolie. Take a break for lunch at a local restaurant inside the Angkor Archeological Park. This religious monument is also known for nature running riot upon it, leaving iconic tree roots strangling the remaining stones. The temple that was swallowed by the jungle. After exploring this bizarre ruin, it is now time for lunch.

After lunch, visit the ancient Khmer capital city of Angkor Thom. Before reaching the city, trek for 10 minutes to the Tomb Raider movie gate. One of the most breathtaking gates in the entire Angkor Complex. Now on to the last monument, Bayon. Known as the temple of many faces. This is a personal favorite of ours, as it is unlike anything you have ever seen. This temple is made of 216 extremely large have carved faces and built by the legendary King, Jayavarman VII. Take your time exploring all the nooks and crannies.

Finish your tour and return to your hotel.
