Head out of the city with a guide and explore Kulen Mountain. See spectacular cliff views, waterfalls, and the 1000 Linga River. Marvel at the massive Buddha carved out of the rock on the hilltop.
You will visit the birth place of Angkor civilization on top the holy mountain of Phnom Kulen on a full-day tour from Siem Reap. There are scenic views of rice fields and rural villages, lush green jungles and plantations on the way to and around the mountain.
On the way to the top stop at a cliff with overhanging enormous rock and enjoy breath-taking views with mountains around.
Once you get close to the top, you will visit the religious site of 1000 Linga which were carved out of the bedrock of the river. Then continue by climbing to see a massive recline Buddha sculptured on the natural rock.
Finally, cool off with a swim beneath a waterfall before heading to a local restaurant lunch.
