We have 3 departure times: 9 am, 9:30 am, and 1 pm. You must arrive 15 minutes before your departure time so please plan ahead. If you plan on arriving right at departure time you may miss the tour and it is non-refundable.
• Rides are designed for anyone over the age of 13 who can ride a bicycle confidently.
• Cancellations are 100% refundable up to 12 hours in advance. Please let the supplier know of your cancellation as soon as possible.
• No-shows/missing the tour are non-refundable. Tours must be rebooked if departure time is missed.
• The supplier reserves the right to cancel tours due to heavy rain, storms, or inclement weather. These cancellations will be refunded 100%.
