2.On the night before your trip (around 9:00 PM), the activity provider sends an email with the tour guide's contact number and the vehicle's license plate number. Please ensure your email and phone are accessible.
3. Traffic in Japan during weekends and holidays may cause delays, pushing the return time beyond 9 p.m. Our company will take responsibility for any overtime fees incurred for the guide and driver. To avoid any potential losses, we kindly advise against scheduling additional activities or transportation afterward. Please be aware that the time spent at attractions may also be reduced, adjusted, or canceled due to these delays. We greatly appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter.
4.If the participants less than 13 people, the guide will also serve as the driver.
