1. The night before departure, you will receive an email with driver-guide details, meeting location and time, and vehicle info. Please check your email and arrive on time.

Due to potential traffic during weekends and holidays in Japan, the return time may be delayed past 9 p.m. Should any overtime fees for the guide and driver occur as a result, our company will cover those expenses. The itinerary may change, including shorter sightseeing times or canceled attractions as the same reason. And we suggested that you refrain from having other activities or tansportaion planned after the trip. We sincerely ask for your understanding.
3. Please note that the ropeway may be closed due to strong winds or lightning. In such cases, the itinerary will be adjusted to a scenic boat ride on Lake Kawaguchi or a ticket refund will be provided.
4. The tour guide will hold a yellow flag at the meeting point.
