If the ropeway is unavailable due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will arrange a scenic cruise on Lake Kawaguchi aboard the Warring States Daimyo ship as an alternative. Alternatively, the 1000 JPY ticket fee can be refunded upon request (please reach out to us for the refund process)
By about 9:00 P.M. the night before the trip, you’ll receive an email with the driver, guide, and vehicle details. It may land in your spam folder. Also, ensure your phone is on and accessible
On Japanese public holidays or weekends, heavy traffic is common, which might delay the return time. Our company will handle any overtime fees for the driver and guide. This may also affect the time spent at attractions, the order of visits, or result in cancellations. We appreciate your understanding and ask that you do not schedule any other plans or transport after the tour to avoid any loss.
