Please provide your email address, full name, and date of birth. We will send the e-ticket with QR code to your email address after the reservation. Present the e-ticket to enter the park. DO NOT USE THE GYG QR CODE AND VOUCHER!!!
If you've booked a roundtrip transfer, please note that the return pickup time is scheduled for 8 p.m. Should you require any changes to this pickup time, we kindly ask that you contact our customer service team at least 24 hours before your travel date, otherwise we won't be able to rearrange your trip. Thank you for your understanding.
If you are at a hotel, the driver will wait for you at your address in Osaka, holding a sign with your name on it. For non-hotel accommodations, the driver will wait for you outside where they can park, and contact you with the meeting point.
