This service is only available at hotels with luggage storage services (no in-person luggage drop-off)
You will be charged an additional $5 per 15 minutes after the 30-minute waiting time. If the activity provider cannot contact you upon delivery, they have the right to cancel the service, and the payment will not be refunded
Luggage must not weigh more than 70 lb (33 kg), and it must measure less than 32 inches (length and width total 180 cm)
For airport to hotel delivery, luggage collection time will be 90 minutes after your international flight arrival.
For hotel to airport delivery, drop off your luggage by 9:00 AM at the hotel counter and receive your luggage between 3:00-9:00 PM at the airport. Schedule your delivery at least 120 minutes before your international flight departure
For hotel to hotel delivery, drop off your luggage before 11:00 AM, and your luggage will be delivered to the destination hotel by 9:00 PM on the same day.
