ーIntroduction to Kyotoー
Kyoto-the ancient capital is like a kinetic art that has rich flavours of four seasons:

- cherry blossoms welcome new students and travelers to a town of universities in spring,

-in first of May, fresh green of maple trees let verde newcomers assimilate into the leafy streets, riverside restaurants & traditional Gion Festival in July makes you energize under the scorching heat, and tourch fires on five mountain range on Aug 16 herald the end of summer and send the souls of our ancestors back to heaven,

- autumn foliage perfectly synchronizes vermillion Torii gates in UNESCO World Heritage shrines, and viewing vivid forests from Hodsu Gorge on boats attracts tourists around the world the most in fall,

- we celebrate new year holiday seasons with white Miso. As in the color of soup, sometimes snow flakes orchestrate the historic temples "frozen music," as Ernest Fenollosa illustrated its silent beauty.

Nature colours iconic Kyotoite places with stunning gradations.

In addition to the scenic treasures, all avenues are well-organized like a chess-board. By strolling around them, you can feel the full of historic, traditional, cultural, and academic atmosphere.

Ernest Hemingway depicted Paris in his novel, A Movable Feast, as "if you are lucky enough to have lived in Paris as a young man, then wherever you go for the rest of your life, it stays with you. For Paris is the movable feast."

And so I'm offering "the same phrase" to kids from one to ninty two. Although it's been said many times, many ways, "Welcome to Kyoto to you."

This is a private, customized tour for luxury travel by taxi that will visit UNESCO World Heritage sights-KinkakuJi Temple (Golden Pavilion) and Kiyomizu Temple.

Other possibilities are Fushimi Inari Shrine (the most popular destination of thousands vermillion Torii gates), Nara (another ancient capital with deer), Kimono wearing+photo shooting by an award-winning, magazine-cover photographer (me), traditional Japanese show of Maiko & Geisha dance performance & tea ceremony in Gion.

Please select two to four places/activities per day. If you could book me several days, we could cover them all.

For lunch, I will arrange the best Japanese cuisine restaurant in town. Tempura and Tofu perfectly fit for vegetarian/vegan.

Since it's a private tour by car, starting/ending time can be flexible between 7am to 3pm, and I will draft our itinerary upon your requests.
Besides, if there's no other bookings on the same day, we can extend our tour.
(Everyday, I close my booking slot 14 hours before the tour date, 5:30pm of one day before the tour date in JST(+9 GMT).)
