• A confirmation email will be sent to the appointed email address once the booking is made
• Please download and save the E-ticket with QR code attached in the email, and go to the Foreign Tourist Tickets Exchange Counter to enter
• Validity period: 30 days from the date you select
• Tickets cannot be used on January 7th-8th, April 7th-8th, May 12-13th, September 1-2nd
• Amendment or cancellation is not applicable after the ticket is picked up
• Unused e-tickets may be refunded with a service charge
• E-ticket with QR code is selling to overseas tourists
• Go to Foreign Tourist Tickets Exchange Counter of Nagoya LEGOLAND and present your e-ticket to pick up a physical ticket
