Our driver will be there waiting for you for 90 minutes after your flight lands. If it takes a bit longer, there’s an additional charge of $28 per hour.
If we don’t find you at the pick-up point 90 minutes after landing and we haven’t heard from you, our driver will need to leave, and we won’t be able to refund the fee.
If there’s any change in your flight schedule, just let us know at least 4 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. If not, any extra costs will be on you.
We plan pick-ups based on when your flight lands. If you set a specific pick-up time, we’ll treat it as a one-off pick-up and drop-off order.

Please be ready at your hotel lobby at the time you’ve given in the order.
We include a free 30-minute wait time for hotel pick-up.
Arrange your airport transfer time in advance to complete airport check-in.
Pick-up Details: 1. Please share your correct flight info so we can ensure a smooth pick-up. 2. Our driver will be there waiting for you for 30 minutes after your reservation time. If it takes a bit longer, there’s an additional charge. 3. If we don’t find you at the pick-up point 30 minutes after reservation time and we haven’t heard from you, our driver will need to leave, and we won’t be able to refund the fee. 4. If there’s any change in your flight schedule, just let us know at least 7 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. If not, any extra costs will be on you. 5. Please be ready at your hotel lobby 15 minutes before your reservation time to ensure smooth pickup.
