If you want to be picked up outside Tokyo, kindly let us know in advance As we might charge extra depending upon the location.
Please wait in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
Your guide will be waiting in the hotel lobby or train station that you request 10-minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Sometimes driver could be late due to traffic conditions on highways in tokyo.
