This experience is led by a friendly English speaking host that will be able to interpret and guide you the entire time, as well as our skilled, professional sushi master.
The classroom is a classic Japanese style, located in a hidden local building in the center of the Tsukiji outer fish market.
Firstly, you'll learn about the history of sushi as well as some trivia.
Next, the sushi master will teach you all you need to know, helping you step by step. You'll learn to make 4 types of nigiri sushi, as well as a rolled type. Proper sushi making utensils and tableware are provided by local shops, and ensure an immersive, efficient, and photo-worthy experience.
Then, the tasty part! Time to enjoy your sushi as well as some from the sushi master! While you eat your own, the sushi master will prepare more- and with expertly prepared wasabi as fresh as can be.
