Stroll along the enchanting "Kurazukuri no Machinami" (蔵造りの町並み), a district lined with traditional black-plastered storehouses, and immerse yourself in the ambiance of a bygone era.
Chef Yamada has 5 years of experience as a sushi chef and teaches sushi classes at Tsukiji Outer Market and Kawagoe.
We will hold sushi classes in a small room in the courtyard of a 100-year-old traditional house café.
