If you want to be picked up outside Tokyo, kindly let us know in advance As we might charge extra depending upon the location.
Please wait in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Drivers will wait no longer than 60 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. Sometimes drivers could be late due to traffic conditions on highways in tokyo.
