Start your evening by being welcomed with a glass of wine . Sit down for a three-course dinner talking, playing, enjoying good company and a very relaxed cozy location inside a 1400 building that was a private house before being transformed in a restaurant.
Take your seat and get ready to know what's behind the recipes, focusing on ingredient choices and what makes Jewish-Roman food so unique. Your evening will take place in one of the most unique neighborhoods of Rome, the Jewish Ghetto. Discover the three different food styles that are in the area: Roman, Jewish-Roman and, Kosher. Learn about the differences, stories and, traditions through recipes.
The meals you will get to taste include:
