Experience the art and culture of Tuscan cooking and prepare a delicious Tuscan meal with highly experienced local chefs. Later, enjoy a complete dinner, with tastings of many local wine products.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by your staff in the welcome center for a short walking tour of the historic property. From here you will be escorted to the very kitchen you will be cooking in throughout your experience.

If you have a passion for cooking, this is your opportunity to learn the secrets to authentic Tuscan cuisine from Italian chefs. The preparations for a simple and delicious Tuscan recipe include cultivating only the freshest ingredients, including homemade pasta, incredible sauces, meats, and desserts. In this general cooking class, you will be taught step by step how to properly cut, braise, boil, cook, and roast a complete Tuscan meal in a fun environment while creating unforgettable dishes.

This occasion will provide an opportunity for friends and family to laugh and have fun bonding with others over food and wine, including locally sourced meats, fresh homemade pasta, vegetables hand-picked from the property's garden, and plenty of baked bread drizzled with extra virgin olive oil.

Your menu includes:

• An appetizer of Tuscan crostini, tomato crostini, and sausage crostini
• A first course of homemade pasta with meat sauce and truffle Lasagna
• A second course of fillet flavorings and green pepper, or steak with arugula and Parmesan cheese
• A dessert of vanilla ice-cream with balsamic vinegar, or tiramisu
