• It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes
• If option selected: To receive your audio guide, you must present your EU Identity Card or passport as a deposit. Failure to return the audio guide will require a fee of euro 250 per unit
• On the first Sunday of each month, entrance is free of charge, but as tickets can't be reserved ahead of time, entry is not guaranteed
• Uffizi Gallery rules: It will not be possible to bring any kind of liquid, except for medicines and baby bottles
• The guided service may be exceptionally provided in two languages due to operational reasons
• It is mandatory to arrive at the meeting point at the mentioned check in time. In case of delay it will not be possible to join the visit, nor to have a refund or reschedule the guided visit
• A minimum number of participants is required to confirm the tour. If the minimum is not reached, you will be offered an alternative or full refund.
