Cancellations of private tours must be made at least 5 days before the scheduled date to receive a full refund. Private tours cancelled 4 days before the scheduled date will receive a 50 per cent refund. If a tour is cancelled 72 hours or less before the scheduled date, no refund is given. No-shows are treated as last-minute cancellations and are non-refundable.
