You'll learn about the ancient legend of Archangel Michael appearing atop the mausoleum, sheathing his sword, signaling the end of the plague of 590, and thus lending the castle its present name.

In the late in afternoon on the day before the reservation, the final ticket will be send via e-mail and/or also via WhatApp message. Check your spam if you haven't received the email or check your WhatApp message again. To enter into the attraction you just have to show the ticket at the main entrance without print it.

Last entry to Castel Sant'Angelo is at 6:30 PM. You can enter at any time before closing on the day of your reservation.
