Your day starts in Rome, where you'll meet your driver and tour leader at designated meeting point to embark on a trip down the iconic Autostrada del Sole, known as the "Highway of the Sun." Arrive at the captivating ruins of Pompeii, where your personal archaeologist awaits to unveil the secrets of this ancient marvel.

• Please note that this tour itinerary may be reversed on occasion (visiting Sorrento before Pompeii).
• We will be subject to a security check at the entrance to all sites. Depending on the volume of visitors, we may have a short wait in the security line.
• The sites we visit on our tours are among the most popular in the world. Careful planning helps limit crowd exposure, but please be aware that some locations may be unavoidably busy during standard hours/high season.
• This tour requires you to be outside for part of the day. In the summer months it is hot, so please bring sunscreen, hats etc. Also, the terrain can be uneven and rocky so sneakers are definitely recommended. Bottled water and light snacks are also recommended.
• Due to traffic regulations, all children must be seated. Car seats are available upon request which must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
