At the first stop we will taste Tuscan prosciutto and other typical salumi, all of which come from the owner's free-range organic farm. Savour Tuscan extra virgin olive oil on toasted bread with our local pecorino cheese, perfectly washed down with a glass of Chianti wine.
The next stop is charming spot that offers the best of Cucina Povera Toscana and learn what Italian grandmothers were cooking. You can look forward to Ribollita or Panzanella, Pappa al Pomodoro, Lampredotto and bread paired with local wine. Then we will visit a true iconic Enoteca, where you will enjoy tasting two glasses of exquisite wine paired with fettunta and top-notch olive oil to cleanse their palate.
